MOQ

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ depends on the product type and whether you choose standard stock items or custom production:

  • Stock items — MOQ is 10 pieces per SKU per color per size.
  • Custom OEM / ODM orders — For newly designed developed items, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For private labeling on our ready stock, orders start at 30 pcs and we accept even smaller quantities.

Pricing

What is your typical price range?

Please contact us for our price list. Our pricing is FOB Shenzhen. All figures below are for standard materials and neutral packaging.

OEM logo branding, custom color matching (Pantone), and retail-ready packaging will be calculated according to customer's own requirements. Submit your product mix and target volumes for a tailored quotation.

OEM / ODM

Do you offer OEM / ODM services? What is the process?

Yes — we provide full OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services with a structured five-step workflow:

  • Step 1 — Concept & Brief. Submit your reference images, sketches, or tech-pack. We confirm feasibility, material options, and indicative MOQ within 24 hours.
  • Step 2 — Sampling. Our R&D team produces a physical sample (3D pattern + prototype) for your approval. Standard sampling lead time is 7 to 10 working days.
  • Step 3 — Quotation & Sign-off. Once the sample is approved, we issue a formal PI with itemized cost breakdown (material, labor, packaging, testing).
  • Step 4 — Production. 30% T/T deposit triggers material sourcing and cutting. We send weekly progress reports with photos. Production lead time is typically 25 to 35 working days after deposit.
  • Step 5 — Inspection & Shipping. Final AQL inspection, then balance payment, then shipment via your nominated forwarder or our CIF agent.

We own all tooling for the products we develop. Client-owned tooling and design IP are fully protected under signed NDA agreements.

Stock samples: Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from our ready-stock of 30 top SKUs. Shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Custom / OEM samples:

  • Pants pattern fee: US$45–US$75
  • Sampling Lead Time: Without mold opening: 5–7 working days; With mold opening: extra 15 working days

Every sample ships with a measurement and quality checklist so your team can verify dimensional accuracy, stitch density, material composition, and packaging compatibility before approving production.

Lead Time

How long does production and delivery take?

Our lead times are structured into three tiers:

  • Stock samples — 3 to 5 business days from confirmation. Shipped via express courier with tracking.
  • Standard bulk orders — 15 to 20 business days from deposit confirmation. This covers material staging, cutting, sewing, assembly, QC inspection, and packing.
  • Custom OEM/ODM bulk orders — 25 to 35 business days. Extended time accounts for material sourcing, color matching, tooling (if needed), and additional QC protocols.

Our on-time delivery rate for the first half of 2026 stands at 94.7%, measured against confirmed ETD.

Weekly production reports with photos are provided throughout the cycle.

Quality

How do you ensure product quality? Can I request third-party inspection?

Quality is built into our process through a four-stage inspection protocol:

  • Stage 1 — Raw material QC. Every incoming batch of fabric, neoprene, silicone, elastic webbing, and hardware is tested for thickness, tensile strength, color fastness, and dimensional stability before release to production.
  • Stage 2 — In-process inspection. Line supervisors conduct dimensional tolerance checks at ±1.5 mm and seam strength tests above 15 kgf every 200 units during cutting, stitching, and assembly.
  • Stage 3 — Final random sampling (AQL). We follow AQL 2.5 normal level II per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4. For a 5,000-piece order, our QC team randomly samples 315 units. Acceptance criteria: critical defects = 0, major defects less than 7, minor defects less than 14. Lots exceeding these limits are returned for 100% re-sorting before re-inspection.
  • Stage 4 — Third-party inspection (optional). SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TUV inspectors are welcome at your cost. We provide a dedicated on-site inspection area and 48-hour advance sample preparation. Our third-party inspection pass rate over the past 12 months is 97.5%.

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Quality signed by our QC manager with lot-specific test results, plus a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all B2B orders.
